Westpac are proving to be the leading financial institution within Australia that is actively taking measures to create a LGBTIQ friendly brand where both clients and employees are made to feel equal. As a way of furthering the dialogue on equal rights, Westpac invited a number of LGBTIQ panelists to talk and reflect on their own experiences within varying facets of day to day life as part of IDAHOT Day, International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia.
